Counseling education of INSAN program (safe and health internet) for PKK mothers in Tembalang Sub-district

This activity was funded by KEMENRISTEK DIKTI in a form of IPTEKS (science and art) grant for the society in 2016. the INSAN program was a program that was planned by the government since 2010. this program purpose was to socialize the negative impact of the internet especially for kids and teenager so that they’d be able to access the internet healthily and safely. Mothers as the front line of family education needs to understand this INSAN program. Because of that a counseling was needed for mothers on a regular basis. The counseling waas done gradually, so one can tell and counsel another in each of their respective region. With this method the hope was it can spread wider and reach more people
The counseling for was done in two separate places with those places being bulusan and mangunharjo village tembalang sub-district. Then the team would accompany/monitor when the mothers tried to tell the counseling matters to the other mothers in a specific location in mangunharjo, Intan sambiroto residence. The counseling activity was summarized as such:

The team consist of three informatics lecturer, Sukmawati Nur Endah, S.Si, M.Kom (chief), Dr. Retno Kusumanigrum, S.Si, M.Kom (member) dan Beta Noranita, S.Si, M.Kom (member). the results was also published in computer science national seminar that was held by semarang university on 10 october 2016 located in semesta hotel semarang.
