Mission of Informatics Study Program

  1. To improve the quality of education through scientific acceleration of academic personnel and students which is realized by research-based learning so as to produce superior quality graduates and competitive according to the competitive demands of the national and international job market.

  2. Carrying out research and scientific development in the field of informatics that has a range, quality, and international scale.

  3. Carrying out community service activities in the form of providing solutions to problems in the field of informatics that are tailored to the needs of local and national communities as a form of research dissemination.

Purpose of Informatics Study Program

  1. Produce S1 graduates in the field of Informatics who are competent, able to adapt to the needs of the job market, and able to continue their education to a higher level.

  2. Produce research and scientific development in the field of Informatics published at national and international levels.

  3. Implement science and technology research results and provide solutions to problems in the field of Informatics in order to improve people's living standards and progress of the nation.

Target of Informatics Study Program

A. Education :

  1. Increasing the capacity of lecturers in education, learning and Student Assistance.

  2. Increasing the implementation of academic quality assurance and student competitiveness and competence.

  3. Increasing student involvement in scientific activities and sharpening science-based entrepreneurship.

  4. Organizing productive educational programs with innovative learning methods based on research and Information Technology.

B. Research :

  1. Increasing the capacity of lecturers in research and making scientific/technological works.

  2. Increased productivity of multidisciplinary leading research among scientific families.

  3. Increasing number of publications in reputable scientific journals, proceedings, patents/IPR and appropriate technology.

  4. Increased access to research and publications.

C. Community service :

  1. Increased utilization of the results of community service.

  2. Increasing the capacity of lecturers in community service.

  3. Increasing access to lecturers in conducting community service activities.
