The quality of a university is determined by the quality of Management in a University which is determined by various criteria that have been set, as well as the quality of a department or program of study. Determination of the quality of a study program is determined through criteria based on the national standard of Higher Education (SNPT) which in its implementation through the existence of an activity called accreditation of study programs.
On Thursday, July 20, 2023, assessors from the Informatics and computer independent accreditation agency (LAM INFOKOM) conducted an offline field assessment in the framework of the accreditation process for the Informatics Study Program (Prodi) of the Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Diponegoro University. This activity lasted for 2 (two) days from 20-21 July 2023. The assessor of LAM INFOKOM who was in charge of this activity was Prof. Dr .Ir. Sri Nurdiati, M.Sc. from Institut Pertanian Bogor and Mr. Dr. Ir. Petrus Mursanto, M.Sc. from Universitas Indonesia.
The field assessment is an assessment carried out by the LAM Infokom Assessor team directly by visiting the institution to be accredited, in the field assessment the assessor comes to the institution to be accredited by confirming the narrative in the form with those in the field, which includes Infrastructure, Human Resources, students, graduates and lecturers.
In this field assessment phase, the assessor will conduct a more in-depth study of the suitability of the self-evaluation sheet document (LED) and the Study Program Performance Report (LKPS) that have been uploaded previously. Furthermore, the assessor will also conduct an in-depth study of the relevance of the Informatics Study Program curriculum with graduate profiles to graduate users from several technical implementation units (UPT).
