General Lecture Data Science for Smart City

Thursday, 10 March 2016 UNDIP computer science held a general lecture that was attended by students. This general lecture was done annually, and in 2016 it takes the theme of data science for smart city, with muhammad rizal khaefi, M.Eng. As the speaker. He is an alumni of UNDIP computer science who now works as a smart city consultant in jakarta.
The event was started with opening from the vocation chief MR. Ragil saputra, S.Si, M.Cs. He gave motivation and explanation about the importance of big data and smart city in this modern era.
In this event the speaker explained a few matters one of them is aboutdata science, how to handle problem in big city, the relatin between data science and smart city, and the implementation of one of the algorithm in handling problem in big city. Besides that the speaker also explaied and mentioned problems in big city such as society proble reports, illegal levies in licensing, the non existent budget system and etc.
