The S1 Informatics study Program, Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Universitas Diponegoro has organized a community service activity (PKM) entitled AI-based Digital transformation: ICT integrated training to improve teacher creativity. This event was held on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at TK Ainun Habibie, Pedurungan, Semarang City, involving the community of PAUD teachers sharing Semarang City as participants.

This activity was led by Guruh Aryotejo, S.Kom., M.Sc. , as the team leader, accompanied by two members of the lecturer team, namely Prajanto Wahyu Adi, S.Kom., M.Kom., and Adhe Setya Pramayoga, S.Kom., M.T. In addition, three students from the S1 Informatics Study Program, namely Vicoriza Ramadhani, Muhammad Naufal Arkan, and Emerio Kevin Aryaputra, participated in supporting the implementation of this activity. A total of 15 early childhood teachers from the community were present and actively contributed during the training.

In his speech, Guruh Aryotejo, S.Kom., M.Sc., expressed his appreciation to the chairman of the Paud Berbagi teacher community, Sri Hayati, S.Pd., and principal of kindergarten Ainun Habibie, Liswati, S.Pd., for the support and welcome given. He explained that this training aims to improve the digital literacy skills of early childhood teachers, especially in utilizing artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT, to create more innovative learning. However, he also noted challenges, such as differences in the background of participants ' digital knowledge and limited time due to the busy schedule of teachers.

The training includes two main materials: introduction to Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and Prompt Engineering techniques. The first material discusses the basics of GenAI as well as its application in learning, while the second material explains how to use prompts to interact with ChatGPT. It is hoped that this training will become a solid foundation for teachers to effectively utilize AI-based technologies.

The enthusiasm of the participants can be seen from their active participation in question and answer sessions and discussions. The success of this event is expected to be the first step of similar training that will be implemented in the future. With this training, it is hoped that early childhood teachers can increase their creativity and create learning that is more interesting, innovative, and relevant in the digital era.
