Technical Training User Requirements Gathering for Business Analyst PT Teknokreasi Karya Indonesia

Semarang, May 20, 2024 Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Universitas Diponegoro Semarang held a community service activity titled user Requirement Gathering technique training for Business Analysts at PT Teknokreasi Karya Indonesia on Monday, May 20, 2024. This training was attended by approximately 20 participants consisting of Business Analyst PT Teknokreasi Karya Indonesia. This community service activity aims to improve the competence and knowledge of Business Analysts at PT Teknokreas Karya Indonesia in terms of User Requirement Gathering. User Requirement Gathering is an important process in software development to ensure that software is created according to user requirements.
This community service activity is chaired by Dr. Aris Puji Widodo, MT and at the same time as a speaker with many years of experience in this field, so that the material can be delivered clearly, interestingly, and easily understood by the participants. In addition, this community service activity also involves other Informatics department lecturers such as Dr. Retno Kusumaningrum, MKom, Dr. Aris Sugiharto, S.Si., M.Kom, Prof. Dr. Kusworo Adi, S.Si., MT, and Yunila Dwi P. A., S.Kom., M.Kom.
In general, the material provided in this activity includes: basic concepts of User Requirement Gathering, effective User Requirement Gathering techniques, tools and methodologies of User Requirement Gathering, and Case Studies of User Requirement Gathering. This community service activity is expected to provide benefits for PT Teknokreasi Karya Indonesia, including: improving the quality of software made by the organization, increasing user satisfaction with software made by the organization, and increasing the efficiency and productivity of the company.
